RBDA comments on the MSRB's proposal on bond ballot campaigns

On August 7, 2009 the RBDA submitted comments to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board regarding their request for comment on contributions to bond ballot campaigns. The RBDA supported transparency regarding bond ballot campaign contributions and said that most states already have systems in place to ensure transparency. The RBDA’s letter is available here.
