RBDA Sends Comment Letter to the SEC Regarding MSRB Proposal

On September 8, 2009 the RBDA sent a comment letter to the the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the MSRB's proposal related to reducing the deadline for closing syndicate and joint or similar accounts. RBDA generally supported the MSRB's proposal but urged that the current 30-day deadline for payment of designations be maintained. The RBDA’s letter is available here.
